After much drama with a brand new Carrier AC coil breaking (we're talking 2 years old) and absolutely zero help from Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning (who installed it), we turned to Dan at Aironx. I have several reasons for loving Dan so far but in this instance his willingness to help us was amazing. Partly because he is located in Taylor and we are in South Austin. He fit us into his schedule, came and made sure the problem was what we thought, and then made time the very next day to get the part, install it, AND deal with the hassle of warranty claims. Dan is an ex-Marine which we admire, he is very knowledgeable, doesn't try to upsell unnecessary crap, and he is just an all around nice guy. I will give my money to his small business ANY day over a place like Stan's.

I contacted Dan, who is local to Taylor, for a second opinion on a fix I needed for our AC. He came out the same day and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very nice, professional, friendly, and very affordable. He was able to fix what needed fixing in no time at all. I wanted to watch and ask questions for my own curiosity and he didn’t hesitate to show me what he was doing or answer questions. Will definitely use him again for anything in the future and highly recommend him.

Dan answered his phone at 730 pm on a Thursday evening and said I’ll be right there. Arrived within 15 minutes and found the problem in 10. Had my compressor fixed quickly and my A/C back up and running great. I would recommend him to anyone. Professional, kind, affordable, trustworthy. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Great service, fair price! My AC went out in the middle of the night. Called first thing in the morning, someone was at my house in a couple of hours to fix the AC. Everything was back up and running before lunch time. I would recommend to Aironx to any one!

Our 3 year old a/c stopped working. Basic troubleshooting seemed to indicate an issue with the exterior unit. I called Aironx, on a Sunday, and 10 minutes later Dan was determining the issue. 5 minutes later and our house was cooling.
