Dan was great. Was worried with A/C not working on a Saturday at 3 that we wouldn't find anyone to come look at our unit. Called Dan, he answered and was at my house within the hour. Turned out to be simple problem that he took care of then he also checked freon and cleaned the grills. I will call Dan from now on and recommend him to all my friends.

Dan came out while in our area! Turned out he knew the units from the previous service company! Even helped me figure out which filter to get from Amazon since tricky size on newer unit! The second unit is just standard size. Also gave great info on the unit with extra filter, since just designed to slow down particles, can use cheapest flat filter on this part since great filter will catch the important particles! I recommend Dan for his helpful nature and the teaching me how to take best care of my systems!

Dan was able to come out the same day I called, and was able to quickly diagnose and fix my AC problem. The company that came before him said it could not be fixed and only wanted to quote for a new system. Dan was able to fix it and give a very fair quote for a new system if we end up needing one.
